Option 2: Group Support

The average job search process today is approximately 6 months. This service creates a support system for transiting employees in the form of 1 hour weekly sessions. Participants can address concerns in dealing with transition, adjust approach to maximize results, or learning from group leader or other participants. 

Applicable for minimum group size of 2 and up to a maximum of 5 persons.  Fees start from $1100 per employee for 4 sessions.

Option 3:
Comprehensive Career and Job Search Support

Transition often creates the opportunity for individuals to consider a career change. Others may struggle with the process of job search and require more in-depth support and guidance. Individual 60 minute sessions (2,4 or 6 sessions depending on budget) can address a breadth of career management and job search needs for the affected inidivual, including

• ​Assessments to assist in articulating strengths, skills, values and interests and personality fit. 
• Guidance in developing a customised job search strategy and career plan, setting goals, tracking of the search process, effective networking, personal branding, interview preparation and followups
• Guidance in developing impactful resumes, cover letters, linkedin and other social media profiles

Each session will be specifically for the supported individual. Fees start from $350 per session per person, dependent on session numbers confirmed
