OUR MISSION, BELIEFS & PRINCIPALS
Our Mission

Our Mission is to help organisations and individuals maximise the power of their talent source. For organisations, this means helping them recruit better, retain better, and manage better. For the individual, this means helping him refocus his innate abilities to achieve maximum impact in his career.

Our Core Beliefs
  • To attract and retain talent, there must be mutual fit between organisations and the individual
  • Everyone is responsible for their own careers, not our employers or organisations. We must take charge of our own career
  • Getting your "head" right is the foundation of an effective job search or career management process
  • Everyone should have the opportunity to maximise their strengths without sacrificing their core beliefs.
  • A happy career = happy life. Professional goals can match up with Personal goals if we make it so. But a successful career does not necessarily mean a happy career.
  • Making change is a risk. But without action, there will be no change. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly but expecting different results.
Our Career Coaching Principals
  • For coaching to be effective, you must be motivated to change, and be open to receiving advice and inputs on effecting these changes
  • The Career Coach will focus on developing your career to its fullest potential. Your role is to take charge of your actions and following through, and be responsible for the end results.
  • You know all the answers, not the coach. The coach will help you find these answers.
  • The coach may not tell you what you want to hear. But he will tell you what you need to hear
  • Focus on the future, not the past
  • Focus and build on your strengths, not weaknesses.
  • Focus on your mental attitude and thought triggers
  • Celebrate the behavior as well as the outcome
  • Every relationship between You and the Coach is strictly confidential.
